Vikas Gupta

Vikas currently heads the technology vertical at 9.9 Group – personal technology, CIO, CISO and IT managers. A veteran marketing expert, he has over 29 years of experience in marketing management and business building. He has held leadership positions in globally reputed consumer groups across international markets. Prior to co-founding 9.9 Group, he was Senior Vice President and CMO of Coca-Cola India, Global Brand Director of Brand Coca-Cola at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, USA, CMO and President (Advertising Sales) at ABP Pvt Ltd., a $200 million Indian media conglomerate with interests in newspapers, magazines, television and online. He also held senior positions with Unilever and P&G.
Vikas holds a BSc (Honours) degree from Delhi University and a MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Dr Anunaya Chaubey is the Provost at Anant National University, India’s first Design University. He is a well-known artist and academic in the fields of literature and art history. A self-taught painter, his works explore the individual and communal worlds – mundane yet layered and subtly textured. Many of his paintings are to be found both in public and private collections all around the world. Over the past ten years, he has taught different courses on art appreciation, which gives an evolutionary account of arts. His courses have provided a converging ground for ideas and concerns drawn from multiple subject domains and disciplines. He has wide administrative experience in the education space and has contributed to several institution-building exercises in both India and abroad. In addition to serving at Anant National University, Dr Chaubey has been the principal of Art College at Patna University and the deputy dean of the post-graduate programme Young India Fellowship at Ashoka University.

Sudha is a coach-mentor to a diverse set of people- CXOs, entrepreneurs, sportspersons, and students.
Being a peoples’ person, Sudha opted for an HR specialization at IIM Calcutta. Between 1985 and 1992, she worked in Eicher Goodearth Ltd and Pertech Computers Ltd in various HR roles.
After getting several years of solid HR grounding in the automobile and IT industries, Sudha started a full-service HR consulting firm–Inputs–dedicated to helping clients hire, retain and nurture the best talent in the country.
Over 20 years, Inputs built an enviable reputation for its consultative approach, industry knowledge, high-quality work and impeccable integrity. 
Today, Sudha is using the learning of the last 30+ years to help organizations to build their talent strategy, and become employers of choice. Her personal interest is in cultural transformations.
Sudha is also pursuing her long-time dream of creating a sports culture in India. She is currently a part of a team that is creating a certification program for performance coaches in badminton and shooting. The program is being created by Olympic Gold Quest and focuses on creating excellence in coaching. She is also helping other sports academies in creating such programs.
Sudha sits on the Board of several organisations including Chintan, SOS Villages, Gagan Narang Sports Foundation and Growth for All.

Saurabh is co-founder of QYON (Question Your Own Notions) – an initiative for provoking thought and bringing about active change. He believes that the only variable that is in one’s control is the ‘self’, so the quest for change needs to start from there. Saurabh is an alumnus of IIT Delhi and the Said Business School, University of Oxford, where he was a British Chevening Scholar. He has over two decades of experience consulting with Fortune-500 firms and has lived and worked across five continents. After moving to the foothills of Himalayas, he turned to leadership and coaching young entrepreneurs in the space of transformative holistic education. He regularly speaks on entrepreneurship and is passionate about building ethical and conscious leadership in organisations.

Saurabh serves on the boards of many educational institutes, including the technology business incubator Catalyst at IIT Mandi, and a number of start-ups. He has travelled extensively across India to explore experiments on alternative development. While living among the Gonds, an indigenous population group, he taught at a local school, and attributes this to shaping him into the person he is today. He hopes to replicate similar transformative experiences for others as well!
